• Custom-made items require additional time for preparation.
• Design details must be clearly communicated at the time of order.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

Pricing:

• All prices are listed in PKR.
• Prices may change without prior notice.

Payment Methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
• We also accept secure payments via JazzCash.

Delivery:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or political conditions.

Returns & Exchanges:

• We do not offer returns on custom-made products.
• Exchanges may be considered in case of damaged or incorrect items.
• Customers must record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.
• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Proof (video/pictures) must be shared via WhatsApp at 0333-8463266.

Product Information:

We strive to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

Liability:
